I'm reading Hannah Arendt's "Eichmann in Jerusalem" and it is shocking (and frightening) to see how similar patterns are setting up. The Germans stopped thinking for themselves, and they were propagandized to do so by "the science." God, we have seen this movie before! It did not end well last time.

Unfortunately, you're right about the patterns. I'm also terrified that we don't seem to be able to learn from history at all.
I would add that the dems and quiet a few of the R’s are lying scum.
